Jayla's Community Outreach Center prioritizes its services with at-risk families first. This consists of women fleeing abusive relationships, facing eviction and wards of the state. Our services allow children to feel safe and valued, which many have never felt. We believe by providing a safe and comfortable living area, allows children to focus on simply being children and reach their maximum potential.
