Thank you for making our 3rd annual event a success!
Your continued support allowed JCO to assist 54 homeless women and 78 children throughout the year of 2015. We were able to provide low income/homeless children with backpacks filled with school supplies and hygiene kits. This event was held 09/05/2015 Noon-6pm at the BellCreek Park in Redford MI, located on the corner of five mile and Inkster Roads. This event was free admission and catered to low income mothers and children. We provided registered homeless and low income women with free clothes, clothing vouchers, hygiene kits and school supplies. This event featured carnival style games, prizes, food and face painting and more! Donations were accepted throughout the event.
We would like to thank the Sojourner Foundation, Eileen Fisher Foundation, Detroit Red Wings, Costco, All2gether Savvy and S.W.A.P for providing us with financial support, donations and/or partnerships to help make this event possible! We would also like to thank Raven Florence, Stephanie Hanspard, Lendell Hoard and Deloris Woods for volunteering at this event and ensuring each child in attendance left with a memory that will last a lifetime! JCO is pleased to announce services have begun in Maricopa County, Arizona with emphasis on the cities of Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Phoenix! We are currently accepting donations to assist low income residents of Maricopa County with school supplies, clothing vouchers and hygiene kits. Donations can be made through our paypal link on the 'Donate' page or by mail at P.O. Box 1416 Chandler AZ 85244. All donations are tax deductible!
